Sales and Shipping Terms:                    
                       
Minimum Order : $25.00 excluding shipping and handling charges.            
                       
Terms: FOB Stanton, CA.                    
                       
Payment: Cash, cashier check/money order or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discovery or American Express)    
 except as noted herein.                  
                       
California Sales Tax: California sales tax will be charged on sales being shipped to a California address or for    
  in house sales. California sales tax will not be assess if the customer provides Newport with a resale  
   permit and executes a resale certificate form.            
                       
UPS Shipment: There is a special box charge of $ 12.50/case  plus the UPS transportation and insurance charges.    
                       
UPS COD Shipment: There is a UPS COD handling charge of $11.50 per parcel. This is in addition to      
  the handling charge of $12.50/case and the UPS transportation and insurance charges.    
                       
Pallet Shipments: Call for pricing (714-484-7500)                
                       
Less than case lots:  Certain tubing and rods sizes are available by the pound and/or by the piece.      
  There is no handling/packaging surcharge for material purchased on a cash and carry basis  
   from our location.                  
                       
  There is a handling surcharge for material purchased and requiring shipment to a specified location.
  The surcharge is a minimum of $15.00 (ask at the time of order) in addition to the UPS transportation  
  and insurance costs and the California sales tax assessment if applicable (See California sales tax above).
  Newport reserve the right to cut the individual tubing and rods in half to facilitate shipping.  
  Payment for small quantities of tubing and rod have to be prepaid by cashier check (money order)   
  or be made by credit card                
                       
Shipment Orders: Shipment orders need to be submitted in writing,

Sales: Newport reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse to do business with any party.      
                       
Damaged Shipments: The customer is responsible for calling the transportation company from whom the damaged goods were
  received. The customer needs to keep all of the shipping and packaging material together with the   
  damaged merchandise for the claims adjustor to inspect. The customer needs to file the damage claim with
  the transportation company for the cost of the damage merchandise and the costs of transportation.
