| WARNING | ||||||||
| (1) Improper installation or maintenace of tublar glass can cause innediate or delayed glass breakage resulting in bodily injury. To avoid | ||||||||
| breakage observe the Do's and Do Not's and Use and Care Instructions which are listed in the index, as well as tubular gage | ||||||||
| manufacturer's instructions. | ||||||||
| (2) If a gage glass breaks, contained substances can be released and glass can be blown out of the unit with great force. Always wear | ||||||||
| safety glasses when looking toward a gage or working on a gage glass assembly. Guard against the possibility of fire and explosion. | ||||||||
| (3) Protect glass from impact, scratches, other surface damage and sudden temperature changes. These can weaken or stress the glass | ||||||||
| and lead to breakage. | ||||||||
| (4) A good safety practice is to incorporate a protective guard or shield in the gage glass assembly, i.e., a shield between the user | ||||||||
| and the gage. Refer to the gage manufacturer's catalog. | ||||||||
| (5)Review in detail the Corrosives information which is listed in the index. | ||||||||
| (6) Review the disclaimer information which is listed in the index. | ||||||||
| (7) Clerical errors may exist in this chart. Please confirm information before relying on the data. | ||||||||
